Part of my self training… I’m trying to figure out the rear hop. This is what I planned for session 1 and notes from it. I’m about to go out for session 2. Lesson 1 1. Compress rear suspension 2. On rebound . Apply front brake . Shift weight to front . Push hands to the front Goal: Lift rear one full rear tire diameter Notes from session 1: . On rebound, FULL front brake. The majority of time front wheel is still moving . More aggressive on compression . On compression, jump FORWARD, not UPWARDS . Squat earlier
