#RSG Its Purpose and feedback for @Hughie RSG is first an exercise to develop a pattern in your brain. It's about developing muscle memory, or an unconscious action that you will just do, in the moment. Secondly it helps you to over come anxiety and the need to do something you don't need to do.... Like a golf swing, if you try too hard/fast the technique goes out the window! It's actually not about lift at all. Lift can be a result of the pattern #lift #nolift #pattern #obstacles
