The bigger this difference the greater the lift - Splat is the last technique I teach as it adds big acceleration, with managing the rotation. Tips from here for; Vivian - Don't drop so deep in your squat, you will loose a little power for your upward movement - Slow the approach + more RPM - Don't gauge your lift from the back wheel height - Try the leverage exercise, This will help you feel the rotation needed Marsel - Don't double pump, one downward, the Squat in RSG is only so you get down to the start point.
