#askneil here's the ramp gap you suggested to practice leverage and pulling on bars. I suspect that it's still such a new exercise, I need more time to figure out what I'm supposed to be getting dialed? 🤷 Also, maybe different size / spacing of obstacles. Can you provide a few bullets for focus points? I Wasn't ready for bigger, but decided to try it till my ramp gave way. Then did some ride up technique into my wall. I feel on ride up during the "go" action my arms extend and then I attempt the pulling and standing action. Almost like it's 2 separate moves, but I know it's not supposed to be. Need to keep bars pulled in on go, but having trouble getting that dialed. Open to any and all feedback, thanks.
