Helllo everyone this is my first post. New to trials. I’ve done a little bit of trail riding for a few years. I’m hoping this little video is clear. Any input would be great!! Thanks everyone. I typically do about 5- 15 min a day depending how I feel after work. This including a balancing to one side for at least a min and a little bit of foot moving and hands moving around. Also I tryyyyy to do front wheel hops and I do about 5 to 15 quality attempts each session. Landlord doesn’t like me running to bike so much so I try to do figure 8s when I’m feeling I can get away with it. I log as much as I can to be accountable.
