Here's a video from yesterday afternoon's practice. I have lots of areas to improve on with body position and clutch and brake control. I trained for about 1hr 30mins and was soaked with sweat at the end. I spent 35mins in heart rate zone 4 & 17mins in zone 5! Who says you need to do cardio when you have bike time?
