Cementing Techniques @Peter Mack has mentioned and asked If I know any specific techniques to move short term memory to long term memory, to help cement movement patterns. This is something I really enjoy talking about. It's also why i structure my training and coaching the way I do. I reference the "The Ultra Simple Training Plan" (hit the button below) has basically all of these steps below in it. It starts simple and gets more detailed over time, if you want to anyway. But to answer Peters Question I know of 3 approaches to help cement those movements into place. These have worked for me personally and others, so I believe it can really help all of you too. Those 3 approaches are; - Repetition (thats not surprise šŸ¤£) - Removing target fixation - Consolidation I would love to hear your thoughts so please do comment below.
