Neil’s stretching challenge has had me thinking about other riding challenges so I’ve been practising my balance in the shed. Lately I’ve been adding in turning the bars to get used to resetting if I lose my balance in a section and in other days I’d practise squatting. A few weeks ago I couldn’t keep my balance squatting but I’m getting the hang of it. Tonight I combined the 2 exercises & I think i got up to 8 reps. Feel free to give any advice that may help out or try to beat me to 20 reps 😉
