Feedback for @Ines Ride/Splat This breakthrough is absolutely epic. Seriously, this is one of those moments where you feel progress and it's even bigger than what you think it is. Sorry this video is a long one, but it should cover things quite well. I will let the video cover the detail, but from here I would like you to focus on more resistance to the bike moving forward. We are going to do this by; Standing up and back a little more Even less speed in our approach Keeping the GO moment close to the obstacle The steps from here Adjust your standing action to be more up and back. It's important here that when you squat you don't squat down and back. You're starting point to stand up needs to be from a central position. So squat straight down over the pegs and then stand up and back to create more resistance against the Bike moving forward. Take your time working on this as it's the most important step. Reduce the speed in your approach - if possible bring it to a stop before you actually GO. When you approach an obstacle, you want to control the Bike speed completely. Because there is drag in the clutch. You will need to use the brakes. The rear brake is the most effective to use and we just want that slight drag as you come in, so you can control the speed completely. You want to make sure that you are genuinely and deliberately deciding the GO moment, and not deciding to go based on the Bike pulling you into the moment. The ultimate example of you controlling your speed would be rolling in very very slowly with RPM, and then bringing the bike to a stop, then performing your GO. These two steps above are going to be quite difficult in themselves. Take your time with this. I won't give you any more instructions from this point. Let me know how you go if you have any other questions ask below or book in a call. Keep up the incredible work
