Roll back practice Neil - I tried roll backs on a slight slope at home. It’s good static balance practice to get in position to roll back. I found I had to leave my foot off the rear brake …….. or I would automatically apply it as I rolled back. I concentrated on dipping my knees towards the front axle and got some good backwards movement after a few tries. I was very surprised how quickly I got used to rolling backward and learned to steer to put the bike back under me while rolling backward. The slight slope way have helped with the movement I got.
