I'm pretty hopeless at front wheel hops, but I reckon the roll-back challenge has translated into some improvement. I tried some wheel hops this morning, and imagined I was doing the roll back action, and noticed that I got some better action with slower, smoother bounces. TBH it's still very very basic level, but something did click and I'm a bit excited to keep going and hope I can progress. But wow, it's pretty exhausting. Do you other guys get stuffed trying to do front wheel hops? I get burning quads and breathless.
