FEEDBACK for @treesner Double Log So hopefully this gives you some direction. I'd really love to see how you go from this point. KEY POINTS - There is a throttle reliance in there! ð€£ But I don't need to speak to that! The critical point is really making a choice and being certain to that action. There is an uncertainty in your approach and i can see that in your acceleration and body. You have two options > Ride or Punch. - Experiment with both but isolate them (eg 1hr ride / 1hr punch) > RIDE TECHNIQUE Will seem like a splat as it will be back wheel first, but all the lift will be from geometry so you won't need much body movement. Actually very little. 1. Firstly focus on keeping it very sharp! Good RPM + slow approach + quick clutch Just build on getting confident with that first GO moment. 2. After you have got that, adjust the GO moment to suit your trajectory. You want to hit firmly with the rear, not too light (too high) or so hard you cant hold leverage (too low). 3. Then aim to keep the legs nice a firm all the way through and let the bike drive through, don't roll off the throttle or pull the clutch in. In time you can make it more of a double pop on the clutch. > PUNCH TECHNIQUE 1. Get you body forward a little more so you can push into the bike. Your lift and place is great but you need to push into that bike with your arms. Treat the bike as the trampoline push into it. 2. Once you start getting more lift you don't want to get too much, so again judge the lift and if it too much back it off by landing a touch higher with the front or less lift and drop of the front (if you have trouble with this post a video) 3. When you are connecting nice and firmly with the first log, then you can look at adding a second clutch pop, which will be very close to the first. There is no body movement wanted at all for the second, firm legs and just a clutch pop. Given your level of riding and timing I am sure you will get this dialed! theres a few things that maybe a bit awkward to get past but I am sure you'll nail it! Let me know what you think
