FEEDBACK @DUAN Punch and Back Wheel Hop I will keep the steps in here simple and let the video do the work. There is a lot for you to digest Duan. It's not a lot to change but easier to leave the video to explain MAJOR POINTS Punch - Fix your block as the movement will reduce your lift and throw out your technique - Tall Step Stationary > Start Straight legs > Move body in (don't pull hard) > Push with hands and feet into bike - Tall Step Rolling > Less arch and allow the bike to ride into it more - Arch lift and drop is great to a certain height then we need to allow the bike to ride into it and reduce some of the lift. ITs very important to build your feel for this for you long term progression - Lower Step > Do the Arch > Try to change out the log for a board instead if possible to make a bigger target to land the front on. Hopping - Technique is GREAT!! - Wheel placement is not so good. Do your nose wheelie 2-300mm earlier so the back wheel is riding up the lump when you release the clutch. - Aim for smaller and accurate single wheel movements / Not big ones or multiple ones Let me know if you have further questions
