FEEDBACK @DUAN Splat and Hopping on Back Wheel Welcome Duan! First up you are riding very well. you have some very good base skills, and that is always a good thing to work off. So here are the major points but i think the video sums them up better. MAJOR POINTS Splat - Suspension is too fast. You will need to slow down the front and rear. I think it will be in the range of 2-10 clicks. Use the adjustor at the top of the rear shock absorber and the damping screw on the fork. - Rev 1st > Then Squat > Then GO - Lack of Leverage >. I think this is more technique than actual strength or functional movement. When you stand try to pull the bars to you more and push through the feet. As you stand take your shoulders up and slightly backwards so you have room to pull the bars. Hopping on Backwheel - At the moment dont worry about the "hop" - Allow time for you to adjust to the new slower suspension - use a hill side to ride against - Focus on loading the leverage and not "the hop", just the leverage. Spend alot of time on this as it will help your splating also. - Then you can add a small clutch pop, and it needs to be timed just after you start your leverage loading. Let me know if you have any other questions or if I have not been clear. Keep up the great work!!
