Float Turns and Context for Enduro Bikes So some weeks back when i posted about the float turns on the Trials bike @treesner asked me if this is of value on the Enduro bike to use the offset of the body and bike. The very short answer is Yes. But the in context answer is Yes But... To be honest in the moment i couldn't respond immediately as I had to go play with the Enduro bike to really get my head around it and consider what I have done with other riders in the past to help them. I really did learn a bit myself doing all the play around and video in slow motion. To summarise it all; - It really does help to get more rotation / spin, - But it needs to be when the front is a little higher than level - and your footing needs to be a touch higher so you can tilt the bike and have some leg clearance. - A shorter rider again will face the same "context" issues. I think there is some value in this clip for those who are on the enduro bikes. Even if it just gets you thinking! I'll let the video finish it off.
