#feelings So i've had a few days now to get a feel for this rolling back business. The movement kind of reminds me of using an exercise rower? I find because im a heavier guy it's quite easy to roll a good distance. Trick for me has been timing everything right, push off suspension and brake release. Not sure if im using a little rear brake or not hard to say. Really squatting down in to the bars and pushing my Butt back off the rear guard.
