I watched your clips and I think there is one little point that could be affecting some of your confidence and likely having a knock on effect through other things. When you are pulling in the clutch you seem to be bringing it in too much to the point where the bike rolls backwards and shock loads the rear wheel. Try to get it as smooth as you can so the rear doesn't roll back, at most it only stops and holds. Hope the video makes sense. Let me know if not!
