FEEDBACK for @Svobodna01 Innes this is some really good riding here! Ride Technique is coming along really well and the splats are on the cusp of happening properly. So the video is a little bit of a longer one, but; Major Points: Drops - Too much forward movement and rotation > Shift to more up and down. - Make sure your front wheel comes to a stop before you lift, so its planted and certain where it happens - More upward Movement, (not just the knees, get the hips extending also) - Bring the bars to you Ride/Splat - Its really going well! the action is overall looking really good! - Ride Technique lift is due to the force from rear wheel, so you could think more RPM = more lift. - Splat Technique lift is more due to leverage, there is some lift from the backwheel push, but the leverage is much larger and adds lift. You can splat with less RPM and still get height. - Your leverage will need to be improved to splat comfortably. I think it is more upper back and arms that need more strength. I think something like this to address it > deadlift with high pulls, done slowly with good technique > then after that do dead lifts and hang power cleans or something to that effect. Show your PT what this and I am sure they can help! I know I have talked a lot, but seriously your riding is coming along sooo well! You should be very proud of your progress! If you have any questions let me know!
