FEEDBACK Mark Donnelly RSG / Ride Technique Hey Mark apologies for the delay. This is a massive improvement! The major points are below, but do keep in mind, you will find things are different with a new bike, specifically that your rear shock on this bike is likely blown and moving very fast, so the action on a different bike will feel slightly different timing wise. Major points; - Don't let the bike get ahead of you, this will tidy up almost naturally as you go, but try to keep your movement more up and down so you are not letting the bike get ahead of you, which means you lose leverage over the bike. - Try to keep all of your movements knees, hips and upper back/Arms all as one movement where possible. - The "over rotation" is not due to too much leverage, it is really just because the obstacle is really too small for the action to be experienced properly. If you started front wheel on the log or just over it on the bash plate, you'll find the action is spot on. i explain this in the video If you have any other questions let me know!
