FEEDBACK @Alexey Plohov Alexey this is some incredible riding! You should be very proud of it. I know you mentioned it took many attempts, but regardless you got it! So there is very little feedback that I can give you. Major point - Try bringing your left foot forward to match your right foot. It maybe affecting your bad rides. It may take some adjustment and you may feel worse on the bike when you first change. You maybe using the flexibility in this ankle to adjust your balance currently. But it would be better for the long term if you can get both feet equal on the pegs. Let me know your thoughts on this. Next Exercises Using the same run of 3 blocks 1. Ride the same but with hips low on the bike, and then alternate with your hips high. this will improve your leg strength and balance over all. 2. Try to Pause on the first Block - Just a momentary conscious pause will really heighten your balance 3. Try to Pause on the last block - This will force you to adjust speed as you go. This will be the best exercise of the lot! As it will help you slow it down and not rely on momentum, and improve balance and clutch/brake control. If you have any other questions let me know!
