FEEDBACK Vivian Splat Technique - At the top @Vivian I hope i have made this clear enough... ð€£ If you need clarification let mw know For Everyone else the major point to have a look at is how good Vivians standing/leverage action is. Its exceptional and arms, hips, knees, all of it works in unison. Major Points; - You need to rotate further back. As we have chatted about previously, you aren't rotating (bike and you combined) enough. This is most likely anxiety based, like it was for me some years ago - First instruction is to try and touch the rear guard with your butt. This increases all of the time frame and keeps your body back a little more to force more rotation. - If that doesn't cause some disruption and you still adapt to it and nothing changes, then keep your shoulders back more, so your back is vertical. - You may need more RPM in the process.
