FEEDBACK for @graham Again apologies for how long this has taken for me to get back to you! I had a little smile when i saw how well you rode this, there was hardly any need for feedback!! You also got some great direction in the comments! Firstly your leverage is really good! Overall these are both really great applications of the technique!! Most of what is below is just tweaking. MAJOR POINTS - Too low with Chest/Chin, keep your torso a little more upright to allow space for you to pull on the bars and not lose early leverage. This also creates the tendency to let the bike get ahead of you. - Slower approach and Closer GO..... This is very normal to carry more speed/momentum - There are two symptoms of compensation for the distance/speed etc 1. Double action in the legs - There is an extension, then a hold, then a continued extension. 2. Slightly letting the bike get ahead (its compensation for distance and the torso being too low On the vertical step there is; - Holding of the throttle, and a little reliance on that throttle to get the final drive up the face. This can very easily regress into throttle riding. - Double clutch action, a lift (kinda like a lift to place the front) then a second to GO. The first group of points are all relatively minor tweaks, but the holding the throttle and the double clutch are the more important things to look at. To counter this pad out the vertical step a little just so you know the front wheel will deflect upwards and not stop you dead. Then really focus on a single clutch release. It is a good idea to slow it right down and maybe use a little more RPM than you otherwise would. So then the clutch release is really obvious and you will be able to identify it easily. When its nice and close that solid clutch release can do all of the work in one hit. If I have confused anything or if you have any other questions let me know!! Keep up the EPIC riding! 😜 👍
