You learn from watching and thinking! Often I'll talk about how important it is to build you own "Internal representation" of techniques. By this I mean more than just a mental picture in your head. I mean when you can feel when its right, when you hear it when its right, etc etc. @PaulPeacock captures video for me when doing these sessions. (Quietly he is filming to avoid being shown up by his wife @Kazzyaz1 🤣) He often then rides the lines after the session or when everyone’s having a break. Whilst filming he is obviously watching everyone ride, and listening to everything I am talking about. Paul has had some awesome rides at previous sessions and today we finally captured one on video! This line would be way above the grade Paul normally rides. He had two rides one before this and both were absolutely perfect! Don’t stop thinking or watching…. It does help!
