MAJOR POINTS - Knees, if you are experiencing knee pain in Glute Bridges, if its back of the knee could be a hamstring issue (strain/over use) or if it is patella related it is likely just needing a foam rolling of the quads. If you shift your feet out away from your body whilst doing them you should feel easing off if it is quad/knee cap related. Otherwise its worth seeing someone to assess your movement. Or if you want o jump on a call happy to help guide you. - Clutch did you change oils recently?? We have had significant issues with riders changing to or from Motul gear oil specifically, but other brands may also not be compatible RIDING Id like to see you working more on two areas - Take your ride technique even further - More RPM - Slower approach - Closer GO moment. I know I sound like a broken record here, but you have made so much progress, whilst you are comfortable I would like to take you further. Like I mentioned to @Wes its like exposure therapy, whilst you are comfortable lets get you even more comfortable with lots of gas and a very slow approach. At this point I don't believe the issues you feel about changing feet position, are due to your feet. I think its a change in RPM etc and now its thrown your technique out a little. Like with Wes if you build the comfort some of the technique will sort itself, and then we can act logically to adjust. - Ride technique from lifting and placing the front wheel. I would like to see you lift and place the front wheel more, and allow the RPM to ride significantly in that lift and place of the front wheel. Then gradually build this up to larger rocks. This will give you a huge amount of space in sections. Keep it up you are doing amazing!!
