After 17 weeks I am finally splint free!! Still a fair way to go to strengthen hand and finger but with doing all the exercises my grip strength has doubled in 3weeks π. My smart therapist says one of the best exercises for my finger now is to just sit on my bike and pull the clutch in and out ! No riding yet tho. Cheers Sue
