After 17 weeks I am finally splint free!! Still a fair way to go to strengthen hand and finger but with doing all the exercises my grip strength has doubled in 3weeks πŸ˜€. My smart therapist says one of the best exercises for my finger now is to just sit on my bike and pull the clutch in and out ! No riding yet tho. Cheers Sue
