FEEDBACK @Marsel Bunny Hopping to Improving Leverage Marsel your action and generally your functional movement is spot on. Your strength and power will increase in time so you will get more out it in time. The biggest issue here is that you have too much leverage. this is like being in a very low gear on your MTB. You can pedal like hell, but not much is going to happen. We need to increase the leverage so more will happen with less movement. But this is like being in a high gear on your mountain bike. the same amount of pedalling will push you further, but its harder to pedal. So when you increase the leverage, it will require more force, it will be harder to do. If we reduce the leverage, and allow some time for your strength to increase (with repetition, lots of side hops 😉) you will start to accelerate you and the bike upwards and you will get more height CORRECTION - Roll your bars back and/or get a shorter head stem - Continue hopping with the heavier leverage and allow the strength and power to grow This is a very long winded way to say "roll your bars back" 🤣 If I have confused you at all, let me know
