WEDNESDAY WAFFLE - New Year - New Goals or Habits? Inevitably every year, in January we get a flood of eager excited riders for the coming season. Whilst I love the enthusiasm and excitement of it all, I know how the vast majority of those well thought out and grandiose goals and plans, end up. The vast majority of what i do in my coaching is guiding people to the longer term, "infinite" game. There is more progress, more joy and greater satisfaction.... Building habits will take you to your goals (even ones your not aware of yet) and further.
