FEEDBACK @Svobodna01 Innes, your progress and above that your effort is Awesome! Seriously you should be very proud of your improvement! I know this is partly T5 content but ill just post to my feed as it covers a range of things Major points - Fig of 8's: The bricks you are using are very different to what we have in Australia look for something that is closer to 100mm x 75mm in width and height. Could be a block of wood or just a rock. It doesn't have to be perfect. The exercise is still keeping your skills progressing. - High and Low V: This is fantastic what you have felt in both positions. Next, when you are riding up the hills in both V positions, hold the V and allow it to tilt forward and then accelerate a little to drive forward. Feel how much power you can put down and how much you can drive forward. I hope i have explained this clearly. Try this out and just feel what happens - Pivots: You need to be powering off your foot on the ground and not standing on it so much. The aim is to step off the ground and direct your body to "swap places" with your bike. A wide step from the bike, will tend to give you more rotation, a close step to the bike will allow you more height of the V. In Time the V exercise and the Pivots will blend together 😜 - Triple Step: Simplify this and Do it one step at a time. Ride technique only. There is no need for punching on this step at all. Slow it all down, leave the ride technique to as late as possible. Make that back wheel drive the whole face and let the front ride high. Then drop and place it. Do not try to progress too fast. Any error on the first step is compounded, so you must get the first step perfect, then the second perfect, then the third perfect. Hope this is clear enough. Let me know if you have any other questions
