FEEDBACK Ride Technique @michael.szymandera.pl So I disagree with you Michael! You haven't regressed, you have made progress and now you met way more lift that you used to π. This means you now need less distance to lift the front wheel, so you can bring your GO moment closer. At the moment you are Going from so far back your body/brain is subconsciously adjusting for you and reducing/adjusting your technique to cover the extra distance. MAJOR POINTS - Technique has improved and more lift is generated very early, compared to previously - You are then likely to rotate too much too early, and your body/brain is adjusting for you (trust that instinct). - The adjustments are in the clutch (in and out) and legs pushing and stopping and your torso relaxing the glutes and allowing hip to flex. All of these combine to reduce or increase as you go - Needs to be brought into one single movement FROM HERE 1. Bring GO moment much closer, mark the ground as per the spot in the video. 2. After you have got closer allow time for your leverage extension to occur. Aim to bring it into a single movement. THE BIGGEST POINT - Don't over think this. Let your body do its thing. Be observant only of the distance from the obstacle, and the length of time the extension occurs> You are doing really well!! π π
