FEEDBACK #2 for @Marsel Flick and Float turns FYI This ties with (in a subtle way) the feedback on punching. I suggest you watch that one first. Marsel your float turn in this is stunning! Such a smooth fluid ride! There is not alot to correct in that. So this is about getting more out of it. Most of the time you don't need more as such. The vast majority of float turns are gentle, slight turns, but sometimes you need greater rotation and distance. Major Points FLOAT TURN - You can just continue a turn that is already underway, off of something as you have done in the video. - You can't rotate more, unless you have something to "push off" - To "push off" and initiate more rotation and distance, let your body get closer to the bike so you can push your body away, then pull the bike, to, then past your body. Flick turns - Use more leverage, wait longer till the bike is set up - Get the bike in a more compressed state, with a preload lift and drop, landing with both wheels either side of the lip to lift off from. - The clutch "pop" doesn't have to be really big or powerful a little less is more. - Its the same action of pushing off the bike then pulling it to and past you, but on both the vertical and horizontal. Have a think and feel the similarities to what you are doing in the punch. Let me know if I have confused you at all.
