I took part in my local clubs charity trial this weekend. My second attempt at The Scott Trial. I got about 40 miles around the 80 mile course and got timed out by about half an hour. I reckon I need to average about 2 mph faster to get around. To feel more comfortable going faster for longer I think I need to work on my strength, my aerobic fitness is pretty good. I’ll also be asking Neil for tips riding rocky gills (creeks).
