Stationary rear hops. I've been working on these recently and recall there being some video & feedback about them but can't find it. Any leads? Today I think I figured that it works better if I let my torso get pushed backwards as I push on the bars, but focus on lifting my feet at the same time. ? Previously I think I was more trying to stay forward, but that makes it hard to push the bars forward. Video would be easier to explain with, but I cant get any until next week. #rearwheelhops
