So as my breathing is getting better I am starting to push a bit harder again. Tonight I spent a lot of time working with my wife, and then ended the night by pushing my own limits some. I took a previous section and upped the difficulty. This has forced me to try new things and take several dabs. Getting over the log towards the end of the video has been a massive challenge. I really had to slow down, process what is happening, and make a conscious effort to put my body in a position it is not comfortable in, and get my weight sorted to achieve my desired goal. It is pushing the boundaries of what I can do despite looking like a fairly simple log. After reviewing the video tonight I can see things I want to try, things I want to refine, and things I really need to work a lot more on 🤣😜.
