I spent quite a lot of time interpreting this one so I hope i am not too far off on my break down and I hope it clarifies things for you, but I am thinking you have already cleared things up in your mind from the other video you commented on. Normally I would put some steps and major points here, but I prefer to let the video say what I want to say. Watching this video I could see a touch of confusion, or a lack of clarity.
