#askneil This link to my post earlier this week on squat action & posture.On this attempt I have tried to straighten my arms out a bit further.Not sure which of the two are better.When is right point to stop during a RSG/obstacle training session? I find that I get my best result at around 20 attempts (typically try to do 50 per session) and then it is downhill from there will al sorts of regressions coming out of the woodwork.Effect also compounded during multiple sessions over a weekend.
