Repetition, repetition, repetition.......I am consistently inconsistent 🙄. After watching all my attempts I’ve noticed that sometimes I do a sort of circular motion i.e. move forward when I rise from the squat, & then other times I don’t. I think I’m mixing up what you would do if trying to gain forward momentum to get over an obstacle at a standstill or on a slight uphill. You really don’t know exactly what you’re doing unless you film yourself and review it.
