FEEDBACK for @Svobodna01 Landing the Front and Stopping the Bike Innes, you are doing fantastically well in this! I know it likely wont feel as good to you but to me this is amazing!! You are progressing on this really really well! Some of what I am talking about in here is just extra side lines things but the major points are below KEY POINTS Punch Technique Development - RPM on the drop I also want you to make sure that the RPM is on nice and early so as the bike is dropping the RPM is either already there or rising on the way down. Some of these its a bit late and after you lower your body. We want to try and keep the pattern order R-S-G - Push down into hands Now we have the front rising and landing well, yes there is some hit and miss but you are getting way more accurate, the next step is to push down into the handle bars. We want that bike to stop and be held down for as long as possible. Then you have the biggest window of time to release the clutch. So I want you to now focus on pushing into the step with your hands. Its an Elbows down, tricep action. I don't think I noted it in the video this will mean you will have to come forward slightly on the bike. But I prefer to just say focus on compressing the forks, with a push down. Usually that instruction works well. Double Steps - Bring your GO moment closer Some of your go moments are too far back, you then run out of rotation/leg extension/leverage - Slow your action between steps Between each step just wait that bit longer and try to resist that want to move or GO. It can really help to keep that one finger on the front brake at all times as oddly as that sounds. If you have any questions let me know, but otherwise keep up the great work!!
