I’ll start this by saying I realize it’s going to be hard to give a lot of feedback because I don’t have any video to accompany it. Unfortunately it was just out of the frame. Anyway, I was working on performing ride technique over the smaller (approximately 14”) log pictured below and felt like it was going really well. So I convinced my self to try the larger one (approximately 28”) before calling it a night. I have gotten over the larger one using a double blip in the past so it seemed like it wouldn’t be too bad. Well I was wrong! I approached slowly rev’d about 1/2 throttle (I was on my Scorpa 125 I 1st gear) and held the release till the last second. The next thing I know I was laying on my back, bent over the log backwards, and opened my eyes in time to see the bike falling on top of me. Self analyzing this I feel like I got to the top of the log but not sure what went wrong from there. Hoping someone can offer some suggestions to help rebuild my confidence to give it another try. Thanks!
