So @Tomas asked about foot position on the pegs when turning. I know i responded in the comments to that post, but here is a little clip from yesterday. I was riding and consciously thinking of it. Essentially you want to be on your arches, and keep your lower leg and ankle inline with each other. As you take your knee out your foot will roll on the peg. There is a whole range of motion that can vary dramatically from rider to rider, and we cant hold this position absolutely all the time. We will shift move and adjust as we ride.
