FEEDBACK @michael.szymandera.pl RSG action Michael you are doing fantastically well! Getting the action of your body movement correct is an important step! I love your training location its like you are practicing in a cathedral of Trial! š¤£ Key Points - Seems to me to be a touch of RPM Anxiety - Shorten the distance between cones to reduce anticipation time - Slow the action a little and let the bike do the work don't try to force it with your strength - If you are focusing on the front wheel lift change that to a focus on pushing the rear wheel into the ground - Try to hold your back more upright and your arms will straighten with that. - In the GO stand up and slightly back to help keep the tension in your arms. - Bike will tend to naturally drop back down, and then it is mostly clutch to lower the front wheel, the rear brake can be used, but as you apply it to obstacles you wont need the brake Hope this makes sense let me know if you have any questions, or if i haven't been clear enough. #rsg #lift #go #rpmanxiety
