With silly hot temps where I am, I have been trying to do some practice by pushbike- looking for suggestions for exercises. Video is some poorly filmed pump track, practicing some downhill on angles, and then some stoppie and stoppie followed by front lift. First time I’ve videoed my bike practice, surprised by how much my body isn’t actually moving when I feel like I’m making reasonably big movements! I feel it has reduced regression from going weeks without being on a moto, getting alignment of body movements with terrain and connecting brain to clutch/brake finger control. Any suggestions from others for bicycle drills? For moto trials improvement, not bike trials (way beyond me yet!)
