This is my second RSG video. I have tried to take @Neil Prices comments on board from my last video, particularly regarding just using the clutch to deliver the power. See comments below for a link to Neils original feedback. I have been concentrating on RSG, or even just parts of it a lot more with my riding. I definitely think it has improved my obstacles success rate, but most of all, all the practice has improved my confidence on obstacles. But, I still have a long way to go until I have it dialled! It did lead me to one question... What does one do when they get to the top of the obstacle? In this case there is flat ground at the top, but what if it was a drop off the other side. How do we transition from bars against the chest to outstretched arms and bum out the back to hold the front up?
