FEEDBACK @Dan Evans Punch Technique Well done Dan, the accuracy and placement of that front wheel has come along soo well! You want to be really happy with that! It looks like you have the time in the air to consider whats happening (even though it may not feel like it yet! 🤣 ) Key Points - You progress again through out this video. As I mention in the video this is a sign that you are graduating the steps you are taking really well! Keep that up! your progression will be way faster, and more solid, by taking slower and smaller steps - The front wheel is not stopping, We really need to get that front wheel stopped and i think that plays a part in the next two points - Timing of the clutch release is out - Timing of the Stand is out These last 2 timing points I feel is because you don't have any certainty there is no moment to reference off. You have all of it there, its just out of time. So we can sort you a moment of certainty then you can reference off that. Action From here - Pick the larger sloping rock i mention in the video - Land the front wheel lower as I suggest in the video - Stop the bike against it with the front brake. Just stopping it, no need to even ride over it, you can if you want but just focus on the stopping against the rock. Lift and place the front just as you are doing, but stop against it. You want to consciously feel the forks compress, and feel how far they drop. Really take some time to do that. - Wait for the return to happen. When you are doing that comfortably, start to pay attention to when the front forks start to return from being compressed. Don't do anything else, just be aware of it. - That is the Maximum to do in a session. Don't worry at all about body position, we can sort that later. Hope it all makes sense to you!! Great work!!
