So, here are my first attempts at RSG drills. There are some cones amongst the grass. I need to work out a better system for holding my phone higher up! I am not sure I have the squat part quite right. I feel like I am moving my chest to the bars rather than squatting as such. I definitely cannot tell if I am standing up or releasing the clutch first unless I really slow it all down and exaggerate it. This video was later on when I was starting to experiment with more revs and a full clutch drop. Any feedback welcome...
