I’ve really enjoyed seeing progress and putting into practice the tips which have been shared. Thought I’d share my latest progress video. My latest feedback was to increase the revs a little more, do my go closer to the obstacle and not hold the squat so long. I think I’ve done this but may have introduced some other things to be aware of, am I pre loading rather than squatting, is my approach too fast. The feeling was good and more confident some of the attempts felt like I was jumping up which I enjoyed. After the talk on bar position I tried moving them further forward but soon moved them back again, think they’ll stay here for the moment.
