Hi people its been a while I am finally back —thanks to Neil who set this up today for me after a fantastic coaching session this morning (apparently my phone was too old to get the new app 😩) Nice to be back in the community my riding & confidence this year has regressed so I need the inspiration to work hard over our summer & get back to enjoying it
