I find trials tires me out, from sloppy clutch and balance that hits with a bit of fatigue mid trial, to being tired the next day. Today I took the opportunity to track my trial on a Fitbit, thought others might be interested in the results! Big calorie consumption and majority fat burn zone was the answer. Have also posted Cycling to work for a comparator- a bit more aerobic zone! For context, This was a 3 lap, 8 section trial, I rode trial 5 (first time), was under par ride practice wise due to an ab injury in the past month and it showed with some poor turning all day!
